By registering for any event listed by Disc Golf United, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Service Fee: 
A non-refundable service fee of $1.50 + 3% of your total registration amount will be added to your order total.

Release of Liability:
You assume all risks & liability associated with the use of the DGU website and online registration service.

Personal Information:
Your email address may be used to send you information pertaining to your registration, provide customer service, and solicit feedback. You may also receive optional emails containing information, news, and/or promotions about other DGU products and services. You may unsubscribe from future emails at any time. Disc Golf United will not share your personal information. However, by registering for an event you are granting a third party the ability to view, edit, delete, download, or publish any and all information you provide through the registration form. DGU is not responsible for the actions, opinions, policies, published content, or misuse of personal information or registration funds by the event director or any administrator(s) he appoints.

The event director is responsible for the event refund policy, therefore refund requests must be submitted to the event director for approval. Disc Golf United will not issue a refund to any player without first receiving approval from the event director. Online refunds are only available if your entry fee has not already been transferred to the event, in which case refunds are at the discretion of the event director. Service fees are non-refundable.

Online Payout:
The event director has the option to issue event payout in the form of DGU Reward Points. Reward Points may only be used in the DGU online pro shop, have no redeemable cash value, and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Some items may be exempt.

Waiting List:
This is an optional feature that is at the discretion of the event director. It costs $5 to get on the waiting list, which is non-refundable and will not be applied to your entry fee. If a spot becomes available, the director has the option to add you to the event directly or send a waiting list invitations directly from DGU. Invitations come in email form and include two links. One link to accept the spot by paying the full entry fee, the other to decline the spot. This invitation expires 48 hours from the time it was sent.

EDGE Donations:
The Education Disc Golf Experience (EDGE) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations, while appreciated are completely optionals. All donations are tax deductible; please retain and/or print your confirmation page and consult your tax professional. All donations to EDGE are non-refundable.

Transfer of Funds (for event directors):
All registration funds are transferred from DGU to each event via one or more business check(s). Each check is accompanied by a detailed accounting summary, which you access online at any time. As part of the setup process, you will provide us with payment information including: check payee, mailing address, and date(s) for check(s) to be sent. Failure to provide this information accurately may delay the transfer of event funds. Checks usually take 1 business day to process and up to 3-4 business days to arrive via USPS First Class mail (business days are Monday - Friday). If you need funds prior to your event, please set your preferences to allow sufficient processing and transit time. Registration may remain open right up until your event date. If registration are received after your first check has been mailed, a second check will be sent 1-2 business days following the event.
